Deed of Sale Sample Format

This is one of those sample formats of a Deed of Sale of a certain motor vehicle when the SELLER has not yet transferred the registration of the vehicle to his own name. Thus, the original owner (registered seller) need not sign the new Deed of Sale. In this scenario, we can establish the ownership of the second owner by citing how he acquired the motor vehicle.             This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into by and between:

            That the above-named VENDOR is the owner of a motor vehicle, which he acquired from BPI Rental Corporation, in a Deed of Sale docketed as Doc No. ____, Page No. ____, Book No. ____, Series of  ______, dated _____________, of the notarial register of Atty. ________________ and which vehicle is more particularly described as follows:
