This morning, there was a heavy traffic all over Davao City and while I was about to take a photo of the cars lined up, I snapped the one below:
It's a perfect timing to get a photo of a driver who is smoking inside his vehicle. The problem is, smoking is prohibited in Davao City, and the prohibition is not just in public places. There have been some information circulating that you can only smoke inside your own house. You can also smoke inside your car provided that all windows are closed.
Unfortunately, the driver of this white Toyota pick-up is unmindful of the new ordinance. And worse, just look at the cigarette butt that this irresponsible driver threw on the road.
