I'm happy that the DAR website is now up and running. It's now very easy to access the laws about agrarian reform and the memorandum circulars are also now viewable online. The Memorandum Issuances available on the website are from 1988 to 2013. I believe that the website is complete! Congratulations to the Department of Agrarian Reform!
